Translation Contract for Chinese Materials

This Translation Contract (Contract) is made and entered into on [Date], by and between [Name of Client] (Client) and [Name of Translator] (Translator) for the purpose of providing translation services from Chinese to English.

Scope of Work The Translator agrees to translate the Chinese materials provided by the Client into English. The scope of work includes but is not limited to [list of materials to be translated].
