Today, I embarked on a new journey by delivering my first English-speaking lecture. The experience was both exhilarating and challenging. Initially, I felt a wave of nervousness as I stood in front of a diverse audience who were eager to learn. However, as I started speaking, the anxiety gradually faded away. The key to my success, I realized, was my well-prepared content and the engaging delivery style. I used simple language and clear examples to make complex concepts understandable. The audience's positive reactions and the interaction we had afterward were incredibly rewarding. Although there were moments when I stumbled over my words, I managed to stay calm and recover quickly. This first attempt has given me the confidence to continue improving my English-speaking skills and to connect more effectively with international students. It was a memorable and valuable experience that I look forward to repeating and building upon in the future.
