以下签署人证实已审阅并了解投标文件的所有规定，包括‘合同文件样本’及其他附件，并完全接受所有‘工程’的性质与位置，包括任何场地的条件及其他可以影响‘工程’或费用及风险的事宜。

IntheeventthataCONTRACTisawardedtheundersignedwillpromptlysubmitallthedocumentationrequiredbyCONTRACTorrequestedbyOWNERandatthetimesspecified.

一旦获得合同，以下签署人将会根据‘合同’或‘业主’的要求，以及在指定的时间快速提交所有的文件。

TheundersignedisfullyawarethatifchosenforawardofaCONTRACT,suchCONTRACTwillbeintheform,contentandmanneroftheProformaCONTRACT,whichispartoftheBiddingDocuments.

以下签署人完全明白，如果中标签署合同，‘合同’的形式、内容及方式将完全遵照投标文件中的‘合同文件样本’。

TheundersignedunderstandthatyouarenotboundtoacceptthelowestoranyBidyoumayreceive.

以下签署人了解‘业主’没有义务接受最低竞价或任何投标。

TheundersignedisfullyawarethatintheeventtheBidsarewithdrawnafterthetimeanddatesetforBidopening,withintheperiodofBidvalidity,hisBidSecuritymaybeforfeitedbyOWNER.

以下签署人完全清楚，如果在规定了开标日期与时间后退出竞标，‘业主’在标书有效期内，可以没收‘投标保证金’。
